Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of allergins.com and every order placed through it. Alongside them sit our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of the same agreement. Using the site or placing an order means you accept all of it; if any part does not suit you, please do not order.

1. Who you are dealing with

Allergins is the trading name of SHIRT SPARK LLC, based in MILO, MO. We sell Clean Home & Air Care goods online only. There is no showroom, no telephone sales desk and no other trading name.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to order from this site. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us, particularly the delivery address, is accurate and complete. Orders placed with details we cannot verify may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping the login details to yourself and for anything done through the account. Tell us at support@allergins.com as soon as you suspect someone else has access, and we will help you secure it.

4. Products and availability

Each product page describes the item, its materials and its measurements as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; colours vary between screens and production batches, and a stated dimension may differ slightly within normal manufacturing tolerance. Listings may be changed, restocked, discontinued or withdrawn at any time without notice, and stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The complete total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change at any time, but a change never applies to an order already confirmed. Where a price or a product description is plainly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than be held to an obvious error.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The automatic confirmation email acknowledges it; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where stock has run out, where the pricing was wrong, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

7. Payment

Payment is taken when you confirm the order. We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay, processed securely through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection to PCI-DSS standards. Full card details are never stored on our servers. All charges are shown before confirmation and there are no hidden fees.

8. Shipping

We ship to every Canadian province and territory except Quebec, and nowhere else. There is one service, free standard shipping, with no minimum order and no expedited option. Orders are processed within 0-1 business days and delivered in 2-3 business days, with a tracking number emailed at dispatch. The full conditions are in our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellations

To cancel, write to support@allergins.com as quickly as possible with the order number. Because orders are processed within 0-1 business days, an order that is already packed or handed to the carrier can no longer be stopped, and the returns rules below apply instead.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or a wrong item received, when reported within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind and personal preference are not grounds for a return. Transit damage must be reported within 72 hours with photographs. 11. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with its security, availability or normal operation;
• scrape, copy, republish or resell its content or its catalogue;
• upload malicious code or attempt to gain access to any part of the site, account or system you are not entitled to.

12. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and logo on this site are owned by or licensed to Allergins and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own use in buying from us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

13. Product use and disclaimer

The site and the products are provided on an as is and as available basis. Use each product for the purpose described on its page and follow the care and installation notes supplied with it, particularly for wall fittings, adhesives and anything used near water. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, and no statement on this site is professional advice of any kind.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allergins and SHIRT SPARK LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of a product, including loss of data, revenue or profits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SHIRT SPARK LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person's rights.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we hold it and who else sees it.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and it applies to orders placed after that date. The terms in force when you ordered are the ones that govern that order.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Missouri and of the United States. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of the site, is to be brought before the courts located in State of Missouri. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory that cannot be waived by contract.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
